Fernanda Braga is a certified holistic maternity & child sleep consultant, a certified 'Happiest Baby" educator and a Newborn Care Specialist.

Mother of 2 children, Fernanda knows well the happiness and difficulties that arise with motherhood.

" I never worried about not sleeping until I actually felt in my body the consequences of being sleep deprived. I became another person. I was always in a bad mood, seeing problems everywhere and crying all the time."

"There was a time when my baby started waking up every hour, so in order to get some sleep, I put him in the bed with me and shortly after he was sleeping on top of me. So,I wasn't sleeping at all.That's when I decided to put into practice everything I had learned. It was so impressive to see, in just a few days, a light at the end of the tunnel, to see my life changing completely." 

 

Fernanda was born in Brazil and used to work as a TV reporter/hostess. She collects in her curriculum various reports with countless national and international personalities.

 

"As a journalist I interviewed a lot of important people from different sectors, and of course, I needed to understand the subject, I needed to know what I was talking about."

 With her first pregnancy, it wasn't different. She was already living in California and, besides being in a different country, with a different language and culture, she did not have family or friends around.
